Named after one of  our carpenters, Ben’s Boat is a portable wooden baptistery pool 228cm long and 170cm wide and approximately 80cm deep.  If it were filled to 60cm deep, the pool would contain just under 1900 litres.  The pool is made of sculpted pine and can be stained and varnished to a lighter or darker shade as you prefer.  This is our most popular church baptistry and it is not difficult to see why!  Good-looking, great value and masses of room (7’5″ long and 5’8″ wide).

The ‘Ben’s Boat’ pool is supplied with a 0.5mm (20 thou. of  an inch gauge) pale blue vinyl liner.

As with all our baptisteries, the liners can often be repaired.  And, if you cannot repair them, all our liners can be replaced.  You can also go for two liners at once for extra safety.  A liner care sheet is included in the instructions supplied with the pool.

The baptistery price includes all fastenings and two steps (that don’t float).

Bens Boat Table 

If you want to turn your baptistery storage into a beautiful piece of furniture or indeed a communion table, then why not consider purchasing the table top with the baptistery. A beautiful semicircle table top covers the baptistery panels with two broad legs, one at each side covering the nuts and bolts and general untidiness. A packed down baptistery now becomes unrecognizable as an elegant piece of furniture for a vase of flowers, leaflets, or even the Lord’s Supper.
